View source doesn't work

Hi,
I have a problem with ie 6 uner winXP. Sometimes view source works and
sometimes it doesn't.
Since I'm working as a web developer and use view source for debugging my
pages I find this bug *VERY* annoying.
I have to start mozilla to be able to view my sources.
Does any one have a solution?

usually deleting the temporary internet files does the job
